The word "plastic" derives from the Greek plastikos meaning to mold or to shape; its use here is not connected with the synthetic polymer material known as plastic. Plastic surgeons typically mold and reshape the following tissues of the body: bone, cartilage, muscle, fat, and skin.

Rumor has it that American Idol star Kellie Pickler may have had some plastic surgery done. People are speculating that Kellie may have treated herself to a little gift in the form of a breast augmentation.

In recent photos, she certainly appears to have grown in more ways that one. Ryan Seacrest, being the "investigative journalist" that he is, even tried to allude to the rumors in a quickie interview on the show last night.

Kellie danced around the subject and coyly smiled her way out of answering the question. She must have learned that little trick from Paris Hilton.

Jennifer Aniston Slams Plastic Surgery Reports

HOLLYWOOD Former Friends star Jennifer Aniston has slammed reports she's had plastic surgery, insisting she simply had a deviated septum fixed in her nose.

Media reports speculated the 37yearold star had had a nose job after she was seen leaving the Beverly Hills office of plastic surgeon Dr. Raj Kanodia earlier this month.

Kanodia is reportedly responsible for Ashlee Simpson's new look and also repaired Cameron Diaz's deviated septum when her nose was broken in several surfing accidents.

Tabloid reports also speculated Aniston had work done on her breasts after she appeared at the People's Choice Awards earlier this month looking particularly voluptuous.

She tells People magazine, "It's funny. I had (a deviated septum) fixedbest thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years.

"As far as the other (rumors), as boring as it sounds, it's still mine. All of it. Still mine."

Aniston says she doesn't know what it will take to finally put the rumors of plastic surgery to rest, adding, "Short of letting everybody have a feel, I don't know what else to do. I am pretty happy with what God gave me!"

In Hollywood, it's getting harder and harder to find a natural face.

"It seems more people who have absolutely nothing wrong with them are getting surgery," casting director April Webster (Mission: Impossible 3) tells Us Weekly in its new cover story.

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia who has fixed the noses of Ashlee Simpson, Jennifer Aniston and Cameron Diaz estimates that 60 percent of Hollywood women undergo some type of procedure.

As more celebs like Ashley Tisdale admit to going under the knife, and others like Scarlett Johansson speak openly about a topic once off-limits ("I definitely believe in plastic surgery," she said last year. "I don't want to be an old hag. There's no fun in that"), Us consulted top Hollywood surgeons to see which stars may have transformed their looks.

Now she reveals to “Access Hollywood’s” Maria Menounos what drove her to extremes.

The Hills star went under the knife back in April. Unhappy with her profile, Montag had a nose job. She also had a breast augmentation that took the A-cup reality star to a much more voluptuous size 32C.
